At Aquaticaltd, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
The item must be unopened and in its original packaging or unused.

Important: Returns will not be accepted unless a return request is made first.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the product back.

Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Whether you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can return it according to the guidelines below.
Return Guidelines:
Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee for returned products.
Refund Processing Time:

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damages and issues (Defective Products)
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
For defective items, we will provide free return shipping (GBP 0.00 shipping fee), and there is no restocking fee.
For your responsibility (Customer Remorse)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake doesn’t need any more or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping. The Re-stocking fee is GBP 0.00.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at support@aquaticaltd.shop.
For other exchanges, the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and then place a new order.
